Carole, the volunteer coordinator at Ivanrest Church, talks about volunteers she has seen come to Ivanrest in the past. She says that they take the time to put themselves in the other person's shoes and make them feel as comfortable as possible. All sorts of groups have come to volunteer, including youth groups, family groups, and small groups. She tries to get everyone involved in the volunteer experience including church members and their children.
